Internship Dates: May to August and August to December. Days/times flexible and negotiable depending on class schedule and project load within normal business hours of 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Internship Summary
The Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable B2B experience and practical knowledge in various areas of internet marketing, traditional marketing, brand marketing, internal marketing and customer experience by assisting with different projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with and coordinate individual projects as assigned by Director of Marketing.
Work with other interns and company employees on team projects.
Projects may include various regular duties such as database management, library maintenance or website review and updates as well as project-specific assignments such as eblast campaigns, development of new marketing materials, web content development, media research or customer data analysis and presentation.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized.
Desire to make a contribution in a continuous improvement environment.
Experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Experience with developing and using social media such as Linked In or Facebook is a plus.
Some knowledge of interactive and creative marketing assets and programs helpful, but not required.
Hands-on experience in writing press releases and articles, design or other communications or marketing-related college or internship projects is a plus, but not required.
Additional Information
Must be currently enrolled in a secondary educational program (Associate, Bachelor or Masters program) with a Communications, Marketing, Business, Management, Journalism or Creative Design focus preferred.
Some college courses must be completed beneficial to have some public relations, marketing, communications and/or design classes.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
